The officers are responsible for the welfare of animals in our community, from picking up stray animals and reuniting lost pets with owners, to finding new homes for unwanted pets. Our employees are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our animals. The Animal Control Division can be reached at (580) 429-3354 ext 1, and the office is located at 14857 State Highway 115 by the south city lagoons.

Cats and dogs not reclaimed by their owners become available for adoption after 72 hours.

EMS CUSTOMER SERVICE

The billing department Comanche County Memorial Hospital files insurance claims for all ambulance transports by the Ambulance.
CCMH Ambulance billing company files claims with:

  • Commercial insurance carriers
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Private industry
  • Veterans administration
  • Worker’s comp
  • Liability insurance

Frequently asked Questions

What do I do if my insurance carrier sends me the payment for ambulance service?
All insurance claims paid on behalf of the patient for ambulance service should be paid directly to the CCMH. It is the responsibility of the patient to forward payments from their insurance provider to the CCMH. Payments received by the patient should be endorsed and forwarded to the Comanche County Memorial Hospital.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

The Community Services department is responsible for providing recreational and cultural programs for children, adults, and seniors. The department’s facilities include 2 city parks, a splash pad, walking trail park, pickleball court, and bike library. Community Services also provides senior citizens with a senior citizens center for nutrition and recreational facilities.

Cache’s Senior Citizen Nutrition Program offers free hot meals to Cache residents 60 and older each weekday. The meals are prepared at the Senior Citizen Center and are served to about 500 seniors each month. Lunches are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday-Friday at the Senior Citizens. Meals are free to citizens over 60. A donation of $2.00 for citizens under 60. Please call day before if you plan on eating at the Community Building. They schedule meals the day prior.

TRASH SERVICES

The City of Cache contracts out for trash services and are currently using Waste Connections. If you need services please come to City Hall. 404 West C Ave, Cache Oklahoma P: 580-429-3354

Please have all trash carts and Bulk out of street 24 hours after services have come.

Waste Connection does Bulk Pick Up once a month, the last Tuesday of each month. You must call Waste Connections 580-353-1467 to be put on the list to have your bulk picked up.
