The mission of the Department of Finance is to monitor, safeguard, and account for the financial resources of the City of Cache in the highest ethical and professional manner to assure compliance with financial regulations and to provide timely, accurate, and reliable reporting to the City Council, the city manager, and the citizens of Cache.

The Accounts Payable Office is responsible for processing purchase orders, claims, and payments for invoices. Checks for pick-up are available in the finance office after 9:00 pm on the Wednesday following the council meetings. Checks not requested for pick-up are mailed. The Accounts Receivable Office is responsible for invoicing and collecting miscellaneous payments for the city such as, permits. Please make payments to the City of Cache. If you have any questions, contact the City Clerk Rhoda Thomas (580) 429-3354 ext. 4

The City Clerk Office is responsible for payroll. If you have any questions, contact the City Clerk Rhoda Thomas (580) 429-3354 ext. 4

The City Clerk office is responsible for maintaining all of the city financial records, including outside auditing, bank reconciliation, payroll services, and all other financial affairs of the City.

The City Clerk Office is responsible for invoicing and collecting miscellaneous payments for the City, such as:

• Water / Solid waste payments
• Sewer
• Permits (building license, contractors license,  liquor license, business license, etc.)

The Court Clerk’s Office is responsible for collecting citations, traffic, and code violations. (580) 429-3354 ext. 2
