DEMOGRAPHICS
As of the census of 2022, there were 2,974 people and 1,140 households. The population density was 815.8 people per square mile (307.3/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 59.5% White, 3.7% African American, 8% Native American , 0.7% Asian, 0.7% Pacific Islander, and 11.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 15.8% of the population.
There were 1,140 households out of which 62% were married couples living together, 20.5% had a female householder, 3.5% had a male householder, and 14.5% were non-families. The average household size was 2.6.
In the city, the population was spread out with 26.2% under the age of 18, 60.5% from 18 to 64, 13.3% from 65 years of age or older The median age was 37.4 years.
Income
The median income for a household in the city was $59,934. The per capita income for the city was $27,634. About 14.8% of the population were below the poverty line.

COMMUNITY SERVICES
The Community Services department is responsible for providing recreational and cultural programs for children, adults, and seniors. The department’s facilities include 2 city parks, a splash pad, walking trail park, and a pickleball court. Community Services also provides senior citizens with a senior citizens center for nutrition and recreational facilities.
Senior Citizen Nutrition Program
Cache’s Senior Citizen Nutrition Program offers free hot meals to Cache residents 60 and older each weekday. The meals are prepared at the Senior Citizen Center and are served to about 500 seniors each month. Lunches are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday-Friday at the Senior Citizens. A $2.00 donation is suggested for each meal for citizens under 60 years of age.
